this year was my first year selling on etsy and having a busy season for Christmas. needless to say, i was NOT prepared!! i am very grateful for each and every order, of course. i worked all day and into the night. the last few days of trying to make sure everything was done and sent out for Christmas, i went a bit crazy!!! i stayed up till 4 am working. there was one day where i put my shirt on backwards and didn’t notice till hours later. but i’ve been thoroughly enjoying binge re-watching how i met your mother during the whole experience. (i think the show goes downhill season 7…) (the hulu commercials drove me insane. i cannot stand benson boone. i need to buy the HIMYM box set #WELOVEPHYSICALMEDIA )

i put much love and dedication into each plush i crocheted. let me say, crochet is slow and meditative for a reason! so making 17 plushies for Christmas was very stressful!!! i had a slight finger injury during it but it’s ok now! so far, most of the plushes are delivered or being delivered now before Christmas. i did EVERYTHING i could!!! i love being able to bring Christmas cheer to others!!!!

after the holidays, i will post my latest Toon creation!!! (a lil pink mouse with A BOW, GLASSES, AND BUTTERFLY WINGS) oh also i have some of my own stickers now!

but now that i can finally breathe and not crochet for a moment, i can throw on my Red Sox Santa hat and enjoy the season!!! i baked gingerbread & chocolate chip cookies. i watched all 3 Community Christmas episodes and the Fairly Odd Parent’s Christmas Everyday and (most importantly) SpongeBob’s Christmas Who?. i painted my nails sparkly green because i will probably wear red. i am keeping the memories of my father and others who passed alive but i am in a new era of my life. i am very grateful. and clearly, i will be more prepared next year! everything is “a learning experience”…

MUCH LOVE <3
